Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy With written notice (bill@keytoamaze.com) You can make changes - with no fees - up to 21 days before the start of your teens session. If you need to cancel, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the deposit of $225 for the session. Changes to your session within 21 days will incur a $125 administrative fee. Due to the substantial costs incurred to prepare and facilitate the program. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 21 days of your session start date. You may however use any payments made minus the deposit ($225) towards a future session in 2025. In the event that you have rescheduled your session to a later date and then need to cancel we will be unable to provide a refund of any kind. You will however receive a credit minus the deposit of $225 towards a future date. Should events beyond our control including, but not limited to; a fire, act of God, hurricane, tornado, flood, extreme inclement weather, explosion, war or armed conflict, governmental action, act of terrorism, risk of infectious disease, epidemic, pandemic, shortage or disruption of necessary utilities, or any other event beyond our control prevent us from running the program you may request a 100% credit towards another available date in 2024 (if available) or 2025. All changes and cancellations must be made by written request to bill@keytoamaze.com and must be received prior to the close of business (4:00 PM) on the day prior to and stated deadlines.
